Directions from Airports
For those unaccustomed with californian highway signs and burdened by cardinal directions, a brief introduction: signs rarely say "east" "south" or such nonsense, instead look for city names as indicators. "san francisco" is generally West, also south of Sacramento, but north of "san jose"; "sacramento" is the most north, and "san jose" is the most south, if you see "stockton" that means east, so does "Livermore" and "sonoma" means north and west, if you see "richmond" cross the bridge or turn around.
Directions from San Francisco SFO
Exit Eastward. Get onto US-101 North (to San Francisco)Take Left Exit to US-101 North
Keep left at fork and merge, again, onto 101 North
Take Mission Street/ US 101 N (exit 434a) through city.
Turn left at Van Ness Ave
Turn left at Lombard St
Follow signs for 101 N.
Take ramp onto US 101 N.
Cross Golden Gate Bridge and continue on 101 into Marin.
Directions from Oakland Airport OAK
Head southeast on Airport Dr.Airport takes a slight Right.
Continue on 98th ave
Take I-880 North via ramp to "Oakland"
Take the exit onto I-580 W/I-80 E toward Sacramento/San Rafael
Slight right at I-580 W/John T Knox Fwy (signs says I-580/San Rafael)
Toll for Richmond Bridge is $4
Take Sir Francis Drake Blvd exit
Slight left
Merge onto 101 South via left side ramp to "San Francisco"
Direction from San Jose
just kidding.To Acqua Hotel or Travel Lodge :
From South: From Hwy 101, exit at "seminary" which brings to the frontage road. After making a right turn in the exit, take another right, effectively heading south, which goes turns and heads under the highway to the other side's frontage road, on you left side of which are Acqua Hotel and Travel Lodge.From North: From Hyw 101, exit toward Seminary Drive, taking the frontage road. Hotels are on your right.
To Holiday Inn Express:
From Hwy 101, exit onto Highway 1 and head west. Immediately after passing under the giant bridge that is 101, look to turn right, at Holiday Inn Express.For Those Without Cars:

Directions to Hotels: Catch bus outside of baggage claim. Get off the bus at Seminary Drive and walk over the overpass, Acqua Hotel is on the left, Travel Lodge is to the right.
